Sometimes we just have to look deep into ourselves and stop asking questions. yes, alittle philosophy is always well and good, but asking questions like 'why me?" or "why is this always happening" will, as I discovered never pull us out of our misery, but will push us into finding answers to things that just happened without plan or expectancy.
I'm still fighting, by everything I believe in, I still am. I'm still trying to find a reason why humanity is this way. I can't always blame society, blame a god, blame my parents, blame an individual that suffocated me. I have to stop blaming. As in American X, they said "is there anything that you did in your life ever made you happy?" that's it, that was the response. In all honesty, life is sometimes too short to try and find these sort of answers. Life is to short to argue, hate and fight against. Lose people who bring you down, sure, drop everything that limits you, but in all honesty. we were given a choice, so why should we be afraid to live? Why can't we just step out of misery and say "Life's too short to be sad? To regret?" It is, in all honesty it is, and it doesn't take a diagnosis, a near death experience or even a threat to make you realise that. life is indeed too short. We need to break out of our comfort zone and our shell. Embrace life. Embrace its horrors and disappointments and learn to expect every hardship so that we might life. Do not be soft, but do not be callous either.

Just live.
